At CBD Podiatry -Melbourne Clinic, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional care and service.
We offer flexible appointment times to accommodate our patients' busy schedules. Appointments can be scheduled online or over the phone, with options for both weekday and early evening appointments.
To provide our clients with the care required we ask you to attend your appointment at the time allocated on your booked appointment . If late to the appointment only the remainder of the allocated time will be used.
Our payment policy ensures transparency and convenience for all our clients. Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic funds transfer. We also accommodate health insurance claims, using the HICAPS facility available for participating providers. Clients that have a Medicare referral will be asked to pay the remainder of the consultation fee after the Medicare fee is paid this is also processed using the HICAPS terminal so you don’t have to return to Medicare to process your refund.
We kindly ask that patients notify us by phone call only 0432 298 428, (no texts or emails) at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. If there a less then 24 hour cancellation or non-attendance to the booked appointment a 50% fee of the scheduled appointment will be charged.
Payment is required within seven days of the to avoid credit issues.
